Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and coordinate badge access
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently
- Maintain reception area appearance and manage office supply inventory
- Support administrative team with scheduling, document preparation, and data entry
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and catering requests
- Assist with employee onboarding paperwork and new hire orientation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years receptionist or front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
