Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members or take detailed messages.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records and databases.
- Order office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain vendor relationships.
- Support executive leadership with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business Administration preferred.
- 2+ years of professional experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
