Key Duties:
- Accurately input and update customer information and company records into various database systems.
- Proofread documents and data entries to ensure high-quality standards and error-free output.
- Manage incoming communications, including answering phones, routing calls, and responding to emails.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting agendas.
- Organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Prepare routine reports and summaries based on collected data.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in administrative support or data entry roles (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors immediately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work full-time in our Los Angeles office.
