Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and high-speed data entry into our CRM and internal databases.
- Verify and reconcile data to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with basic office errands and supply management.
- Communicate with clients and internal staff via phone and email.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience in data entry or office administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fast typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
