Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex databases and records with a focus on data integrity.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, and internal documents.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems to ensure efficient retrieval of information.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Assist with inventory management and office supply ordering as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Proven typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
