What You’ll Do:
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas.
- Handle incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible and confidential.
- Assist in the coordination of company events, travel arrangements, and vendor management.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation with high accuracy.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role (minimum 2 years).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
