The Role:
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing incoming inquiries, and assisting senior management with various administrative tasks. This is a full-time position perfect for someone looking to make a tangible impact in a stable organization.
Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain complex databases and spreadsheets with a focus on error-free transcription and high-speed typing.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and digitize physical and electronic documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Communication Support: Screen and route phone calls, manage email correspondence, and draft professional correspondence on behalf of the department.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Inventory Control: Assist in tracking office supplies and inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Report Generation: Compile data from various sources to generate accurate reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, reception, or data entry roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and document handling.
