Role Overview:
We are looking for a friendly face to manage our front desk and provide exceptional administrative support. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for organization, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Manage the company switchboard and maintain accurate call logs.
- Sort and distribute mail, packages, and faxes to appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including drafting simple emails.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Maintain the reception area, lobby, and office supplies inventory.
- Assist with basic clerical tasks and data entry as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Coordinator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
