Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, including data entry and record management.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional front-desk support.
- Assist with office supply management, event planning, and other ad-hoc administrative projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a local Albuquerque office.
