Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Perform light administrative duties including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering new stock as needed.
- Coordinate with the wider office team to ensure seamless communication and operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous receptionist experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, busy office environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
