Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including answering phones, screening calls, and routing inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, invoices, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievable.
- Assist with data entry, CRM updates, and inventory management.
- Plan and coordinate company meetings, events, and team building activities.
- Act as the liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Administrative certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
