Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments or individuals efficiently.
- Handle front desk administrative tasks, including managing the mailroom, sorting deliveries, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and shared office spaces.
- Update and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Support other administrative staff with data entry and general office duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours.
