Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Verify and correct discrepancies in data entry tasks and resolve issues immediately.
- Organize and file physical and digital documents to ensure efficient retrieval.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing data as requested by management.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data management processes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or office support roles.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
