Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and general document organization.
- Prepare meeting rooms and refreshments for staff events and client meetings.
- Support the weekend team with inventory management and basic errands.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work weekends consistently.
