Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute incoming emails and correspondence with a high level of professionalism.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems for company records.
- Prepare detailed reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as required by management.
- Assist in the reception area by greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks and update internal databases with precision.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a local business setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
