Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors warmly upon arrival at our Los Angeles headquarters.
- Answer and redirect incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers with accuracy.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Provide general information to callers and visitors, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a log of visitors and ensure proper security protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
