Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems for weekend projects.
- Process incoming emails and correspondence, prioritizing urgent requests.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and basic accounting reconciliation.
- Coordinate weekend logistics, including meeting room setup and vendor coordination.
- Answer phone inquiries professionally and route calls to appropriate departments.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos and weekly summaries.
- Support team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential for remote aspects of this role.
