Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management for the executive team.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate office records.
- Assist with office supply inventory and light administrative support tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong customer service orientation with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
