- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries accurately and promptly.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Support the office team with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
