Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations with a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth traffic flow and a positive first impression.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, transferring them to the appropriate departments or taking detailed messages.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the reception area and common spaces.
- Assist with basic data entry and administrative tasks as needed to support the office team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
