Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into various database systems and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Organize, maintain, and file physical and digital documents to ensure easy retrieval.
- Proofread data for errors and correct any discrepancies immediately.
- Assist with basic office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing incoming correspondence.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry or general office administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 35 WPM).
