Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, directing them appropriately.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including answering phones, routing calls, and managing emails.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks into our CRM and database systems with a focus on speed and precision.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in reception, customer service, or data entry roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
