Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system, screening calls, and routing inquiries to appropriate departments
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and ERP systems with daily reconciliation tasks
- Greet and assist visitors professionally, maintaining a welcoming lobby environment
- Coordinate office calendars, schedule meetings, and manage conference room bookings
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, including package logging and tracking
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and maintaining organized physical/digital records
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork and employee records management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months experience in office administration or customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with 50+ WPM typing speed
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven data accuracy skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (copiers, scanners, phone systems)
