Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, both internal and external, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, memos, and presentations with high attention to accuracy.
- Office Operations: Oversee inventory management for office supplies and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, performing regular data entry tasks and generating basic reports.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative experience in a corporate or office setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Organization: Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
