- Perform data entry, file organization, and maintain accurate digital records.
- Assist with scanning, photocopying, and preparing documents for distribution.
- Handle basic office supply inventory and reordering as needed.
- Support administrative staff with special projects and ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative setting is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
