Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing itineraries with accuracy.
- Handle incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents such as reports, presentations, and memos using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Assist with office management duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Act as the point of contact for visitors and vendors, providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
