Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including answering multi-line phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings for the executive team.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and assist with accounts payable and receivable as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; post-secondary education in business administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
