Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them appropriately.
- Phone Operations: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with a professional tone; take accurate messages when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, process packages, and handle daily office errands.
- Office Coordination: Maintain the reception area, conference rooms, and common areas to ensure a tidy and organized environment.
- Scheduling: Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for internal teams.
- Data Entry: Perform basic data entry tasks and maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical).
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
