Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the flow of incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.

Qualifications
