Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and memos with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle incoming communications, including email and phone inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service and timely responses.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring data integrity and strict confidentiality.
- Assist in coordinating company meetings, including room bookings, catering, and logistics.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders using accounting and project management software.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and external partners.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
