Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations and greet visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and memos to ensure smooth office flow.
- Coordinate schedules and arrange meetings for management and team members.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring records are accurate and accessible.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, urgent work environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
