Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems professionally.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, drafting emails, and preparing meeting materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers efficiently.
- Support the finance department with basic invoicing and expense reporting.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an office support or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and printing machinery.
