Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule complex calendars, including arranging meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries.
- Screen and direct phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate office activities and logistics, including maintaining office supplies, managing filing systems, and overseeing reception duties.
- Assist in the preparation of financial documents and expense reports as needed.
- Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
- Perform general clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative or executive assistant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
