Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Answer and screen incoming calls with a professional and friendly tone.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the company calendar.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to office managers and team members as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
