Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call screening and visitor greeting
- Coordinate meeting logistics and calendar management for executives
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with document preparation using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support office supply inventory and procurement processes
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and expense report submissions
- Collaborate with weekday staff for continuity of operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
