Responsibilities
- Reception & Greeting: Manage the front desk, greet visitors warmly, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, process faxes, and manage courier services.
- Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, coordinate conference rooms, and manage internal calendars.
- Data Entry & Records: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, update databases, and prepare reports.
- Office Operations: Order and maintain office supplies, manage kitchen inventory, and ensure the workspace remains organized.
- Communication: Screen phone calls, respond to email inquiries professionally, and act as a liaison between staff and guests.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an office or administrative setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
