Responsibilities
- Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with a professional demeanor.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars for department heads.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as processing expense reports and invoices.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order necessary materials.
- Support team members with ad-hoc administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Clerk (weekend experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
