Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming emails, phone calls, and general inquiries with professionalism.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated digital and physical records.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage the executive calendar.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal documents and correspondence.
- Assist in the procurement and organization of office supplies and equipment.
- Support team members with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; no prior experience necessary.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a Flexible Schedule and varying work hours.
