Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and account information into our internal database systems with a high degree of precision.
- Review and verify incoming data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards to prevent errors.
- Sort, organize, and file physical and electronic documents on a daily basis to ensure easy retrieval.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering multi-line phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors.
- Prepare routine reports by extracting data from various sources and formatting them for management review.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client data at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline filing systems and improve overall office efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Proven typing speed of 35+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
