Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and clients.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Handle Daily Pay inquiries and process timekeeping accurately.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar.
- Assist with light bookkeeping and inventory management as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar office support role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and available for Daily Pay schedules.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
