Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones and directing calls.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to schedule appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front office role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
