Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and routing inquiries
- Coordinate executive calendars, schedule appointments, and manage meeting room reservations
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized reception areas and office common spaces
- Assist with office supply inventory management and procurement
- Support administrative tasks including document preparation and data entry
- Act as primary weekend contact for emergency office support and maintenance issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service orientation
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
