- Mail Handling: Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Scheduling: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and send reminders to clients and staff.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
- Supply Management: Monitor office supply levels and place orders to ensure the workspace is fully equipped.
- Visitor Management: Issue visitor badges and maintain the lobby area to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
