- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision

- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supply inventory
- Prepare executive correspondence, reports, and confidential documents
- Coordinate office events, catering, and vendor relationships
- Maintain digital filing systems and administrative databases
Qualifications
