- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office inventory
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Support office events and coordinate catering arrangements
- Maintain clean and organized reception area standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or front desk experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
