Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call routing, mail handling, and appointment scheduling
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor
- Coordinate office logistics (meeting room bookings, supply management, vendor communications)
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and report generation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Support HR functions onboarding and employee inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or administrative experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
