Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations with a welcoming demeanor for all incoming visitors and clients.

- Assist with light administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and scheduling weekend meetings.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common office spaces.
- Handle inquiries regarding office hours, services, and directions with patience and clarity.
- Coordinate with weekend staff to ensure seamless operations during business hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous receptionist experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
