- Communication: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in person with a high degree of courtesy and efficiency.
- Administrative Support: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes; manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and organized.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms for weekend corporate events.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and perform general office administrative tasks as needed.
- Customer Relations: Resolve any visitor issues or concerns promptly and escalate complex matters to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, professional appearance, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
