Responsibilities
- Receive, screen, and direct phone calls and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the front desk operations, including mail handling, package delivery coordination, and courier services.
- Prepare meeting rooms, arrange catering, and assist with conference call logistics.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and expense report processing.
- Update and manage the company calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings accurately.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing necessary paperwork and supplies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
