Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, screening and routing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries with accuracy.
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Maintain the reception area in pristine condition, ensuring it is welcoming and organized.
- Assist with light scheduling and calendar management for the office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous receptionist experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
